Linda

Linda is experienced and enjoys aiding in the prescreening tests for the eye examination and some diagnostic testing and is especially gifted working with children. She has been working with Dr. Phillips for 16 years and in the industry for 19. With that she brings a great talent for selecting frames, fitting, and adjusting glasses as well as minor repairs. When you are selecting a frame, you can expect honest feed back from Linda.

Linda is a 1991 Graduate of Ferris State University, College of Optometry with an Associate Degree in Applied Science for Optometric Technology.

Marcella

Marcella is the creative vision behind the extensive frame selection CCVC provides. She manages the front desk with a welcomed smile, assists with frame selection, fitting and adjusting glasses, and assists in the prescreening tests. Marcella grew up in the area and has been a patient of Dr. Phillips since the 6th grade. She was inspired by Dr. Phillips to become a part of the industry and will be found arguing with Dr. Phillips in the fall about Ohio State vs. U of M.

Marcella has 10 years of experience as an optometric technician and optician. She is also ABO Certified.

Chris

Chris performs prescreening tests, is skilled with frame selection, fitting and adjusting glasses, and really enjoys her work. She is a kind-hearted person and has been known to take glasses to home bound patients. She has given her time and talent graciously to the Gift of Sight Charity. Chris grew up in the area and she and her husband of 27 years have three children.

Chris has been a talented optician for 19 years and she is certified by the American Board of Opticianry.

Michelle

Michelle is responsible for our medical billing and some accounting. She gets pleasure from working with the CCVC team and patients. She lives happily with her husband and 2 children in the Lansing area, and is very involved in Bath schools.

Michelle has 9 years of medical billing experience.
